b. The Project Silver City Housing Scheme was launched on November 2nd, 2021 after receiving proper approval from the RDA.
The project spans over 3000 Kanals plus, with several agreements in progress for the acquisition of additional land. Plans are underway to expand the land area to exceed 50,000 Kanals.
The project’s general completion time is estimated at 4 to 5 years. However, our Prime Zone is expected to be completed in approximately 2 years.

a. Membership/file transfer is carried out in-house, following the standard market practices. Prior to transfer, customers must clear any pending installments/dues. A nominal fee of Rs. 5000/- is applicable for membership transfer. For balloted files/plots, a fee of Rs. 5000/- per Marla is charged upon transfer. After obtaining plot possession, customers are required to execute a sale deed at the sub-registrar’s office, as per government instructions.
b. In case a customer’s/member’s file is cancelled, a refund is initiated after a six (06) month period from the cancellation date. The refunded amount is subject to a deduction of 10% of the total agreed plot price, covering administration and service charges.
