You will be responsible for crafting scripts that resonate with our target audience, whether through television content or promotional materials for our real estate projects. Key Responsibilities
- Script Development:
- Develop scripts for television shows, promotional videos, advertisements, and other media content that align with Silver City’s brand identity.
Craft compelling storylines, dialogues, and characters that engage viewers and convey the desired messages.

- Seamlessly integrate real estate themes, concepts, and narratives into scripts, effectively highlighting the unique features and selling points of Silver City’s real estate projects.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the creative team, including directors, producers, and designers, to ensure that scripts translate seamlessly into visual content.
Work closely with the real estate team to gather insights and information about ongoing projects, ensuring accurate representation in scripts.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Creative Writing, Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a scriptwriter, ideally within the media TV channel and real estate sectors.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your scriptwriting skills across various mediums.
- A deep understanding of storytelling techniques and the ability to translate concepts into engaging narratives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of television production processes and real estate terminology.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
